Soulmate

Never thought I would believe in it
I was never even looking for it

In my rational, practical world of small and big mundanities
Life carried on with all its banalities

You opened the doors to the spiritual
Made me believe that life pervaded beyond the existential

Is it possible that time is a witness to our footprints together?
Across time, continents and oceans, our souls knew each other?

We may not recognize it
But I see the signs of it

The eyes and the voice seem familiar
Something I’d like to always see and hear

Maybe destiny would like me to be shown
Glimpses of something close but unknown

Soulmate, show me the way

Got a lovely message from a friend today and thought would share with all:

'When God leads you to the edge of the cliff, trust Him fully and let go, only 1 of 2 things will happen, either He'll catch you when you fall, or He'll teach you how to fly! 'The power of one sentence! God is going to shift things around for you today and let things work in your favor.'

What a coincidence! This morning I dreamt that I was jumping off a building terrace and was bracing for a hard fall, but miraculously, the edge of the terrace tilted to ground level like a see saw (the other edge went up) and I could easily step on the ground...Uncanny.
